Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, free shipping is available for orders over 100 euro.

How do I choose the right bracelet size?
To find your ideal size, measure your wrist with a soft measuring tape or a piece of string, then compare it to the bracelet size listed in the product description.

How do I measure my wrist?
Wrap a soft measuring tape around your wrist, just above the wrist bone, where you would normally wear a bracelet. If you don’t have a measuring tape, use a piece of string, mark the length, and measure it with a ruler.

What bracelet sizes do you offer?
Our bracelets are designed to fit comfortably, and sizing details are included in each product listing. If you are unsure which size to choose, feel free to contact us before placing your order.

What if I am between sizes?
If you are between sizes, we recommend choosing the slightly larger size for a more comfortable fit, unless you prefer a closer fit on the wrist.
